Yearly plans

If you are not happy, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, as long as you have not had a tour published under that plan. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the paid period.

Lifetime plan

Full refund within 14 days of purchase. After that the payment is final.

Featured placements

Billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and the placement runs until the end of the paid month. Partial months are not refunded.

Done-for-you setup

Fully refunded if you cancel before we start work. Once we have started building your profile and importing tours, it is not refundable.

Write to us from the contact page with the email of your account. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
