Questions from operators
Do you really take no commission?
Yes. Travelers book with you through your Bókun widget or your own website. We charge only the plan you choose, and the Free plan costs nothing.
How do travelers book my tours?
On paid plans you can paste your Bókun widget code and travelers book right on the tour page. On any plan you can add a link to your own booking page.
Do you check listings?
We review the first tour of every new operator, usually within one working day. After that your new tours and edits go live straight away.
What happens if I stop paying?
You keep your plan until the end of the paid period, then you get a short grace period. After that, tours above the Free limit are hidden, never deleted, and come back when you renew.
How does a featured placement work?
A featured tour is shown first on the tours page, its categories and the homepage, with a "Featured" label so travelers know it is a paid placement. It is billed monthly and you can cancel any time.
Can you set everything up for me?
Yes. With the done-for-you setup we build your profile and import your tours from your website. You check everything before it goes live.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep everything you paid for until the end of the period.
