Guides and planning
Are the guides really free?
Yes. Every guide is free to read, with no paywall and no account.
Can I get a plan made for my trip?
Use the trip planner. Tell us your trip length and travel style and we point you to the guides and tours that fit. We only email you if you tick the box, and every email has an unsubscribe link.
I found a mistake. What should I do?
Please tell us through the contact form. A closed restaurant, a changed price or a wrong timing is exactly what we want to hear about.
Booking and prices
How do I book a tour?
Each tour page shows how to book: through our booking partner on the page, or on the partner’s own website. You book and pay with the partner, not with us.
Do prices change?
Yes. Prices on this site are guide prices and can change. Always check the booking page before you pay. We only show a price when we have one we can stand behind, so some tours show none.
What is the cancellation policy?
Every tour page lists the cancellation policy set by the partner. Read it before you book.
Do you earn money from the links?
Some links are affiliate links, and we say so next to them. It costs you nothing extra and never changes the price you pay. Read the affiliate disclosure.
Privacy and data
Do I need an account?
No. Items you save with the heart stay in your own browser and are not sent to us.
What happens to my email address?
We use it to reply to you, or to send what you asked for when you tick the box. You can unsubscribe at any time. See the privacy policy.
Do you use cookies?
Only what the site needs. The booking widget loads after you agree. See the cookie policy.
