Who we are

Come2Rome (come2rome.com) is a Rome travel guide with a directory of tours. These terms apply to tour operators who create an account and list tours.

What we offer

We publish your operator page and your tours, and send travelers to your booking page or your Bókun widget. We are not a party to bookings: the contract for a tour is between you and the traveler. We take no commission on bookings.

Your account

You must run a real tour business or work as a licensed guide, and keep your account details true and up to date. You are responsible for everything done with your login.

Your listings

Tours must be real, bookable and described honestly: prices, inclusions, meeting points and cancellation rules must match what you sell. You confirm you have the rights to every photo and text you upload. See the listing guidelines.

Review and removal

We review the first tour of every new operator. We may edit for clarity, ask for changes, or remove listings that break these terms, mislead travelers or receive serious complaints.

Plans, payment and renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance through our checkout. Yearly plans and monthly featured placements renew automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the paid period. After a short grace period, tours above the Free limit are hidden, not deleted, and come back when you renew. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Featured placements

Featured tours are shown first in some lists and always carry a visible label so travelers know the placement is paid. Featuring a tour does not change reviews or other rankings.

Content licence

You allow us to show, resize and translate your listing content on Come2Rome and in our newsletters and social posts promoting your tours, for as long as the listing is online.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee bookings or traffic. We are not responsible for tours, bookings, payments or disputes between you and travelers.
